What comes to mind when you hear that phrase? Probably that ubiquitous song from the movie Frozen, especially for you parents out there.
But what else comes to mind?
A physical action, maybe even a sense of stuckness.
Definition of let it go: relinquishing one's grip on something or someone; allow something or someone to escape or go free.
To me these definitions require you to actively do something that you may or may not be able to do.
How often do you want to let things go? How often are you fighting to let things go? And how often do you feel stuck because you feel like you can't.
