Why Clinical Supervision Matters
In Texas, licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW requires 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. But supervision isn’t just a requirement—it’s a relationship—one that helps you grow into the counselor or therapist you’re meant to be.
Our approach supervision goes well beyond checking the boxes. We help you move from a courageous desire to help others toward becoming a confident, skilled clinician.

What Makes Our Clinical Supervision Unique?

A Holistic Approach

Supervision isn’t just about reviewing cases. It’s about discovering how you’re oriented to the world and to learning. We explore how you can thrive as both a therapist and a person.

Customized Support

Whether you’re building a private practice or working in an agency, we’ll guide you through practical challenges like marketing, networking, and agency dynamics.

Relational Focus

We work from attachment and relational-based models, integrating approaches like Gottman, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Psychobiology for couples.

Your Journey, Your Vision

Finding the right supervisor can feel daunting—but it’s also an opportunity to explore your vision for your future. What kind of supervisor do you need? What kind of therapist do you want to become? We invite you to get curious:
-
Reflect on how you see yourself practicing therapy.
-
Consider the lifestyle you want and the real-life constraints you face.
-
Think about the lens through which healing makes the most sense to you.

Our goal is to help you gain clarity around your clinical identity while offering the guidance and support you need to evolve into your best professional self.
